We have a
new contributor to Arsenic and Fresh Mace. My long time acquaintance D.D.
Jolly has signed on to post the odd ditty here and there. In the interest
of full disclosure, she is not my friend. She is someone I have known since
childhood and cannot avoid. Do you have such a person in your life?
You grew up together, went to the same schools, live in the same place,
but you have nothing in common and you do not like each other. Still,
it's easier to assume the vizard of friendship than to engage in outright
hostilities.
